Jack has done a number of electrical jobs for me and has always 1 - got back to me quickly. 2 - been able to come and do the job within a reasonable time and 3 - shown up on time. Responded immediately and came out same day to fix a light fitting we'd tried to do ourselves but failed badly! Jack sorted us out and fitted 2 other lights too. Lovely guy, professional, very responsive, definitely recommend.
